Who this is for

BUILT FOR PEOPLE READY TO GO FARTHER.

This training is primarily designed for installers, small companies, contractors, employees, and companies investing in current team members who already have trade or jobsite experience and want to expand their capabilities.

The goal is to develop more skills, understand more complete systems, gain hands-on experience, and build the confidence to take on work that goes beyond the norm.

Applications are reviewed individually. The qualification process exists so we can learn about each applicant's experience, background, current skills, goals, and overall fit. A serious newer applicant is not automatically excluded.

What makes this different

THIS ISN'T TRAINING ON A SAMPLE BOARD.

There will be classroom instruction before and after the hands-on work, but the training goes beyond controlled demonstrations.

Attendees will have the opportunity to learn through real-world application on real floors while working through the decisions, tools, materials, techniques, and systems involved in the work.

Real-world application

Learn through real-world application on real floors — working through the decisions, tools, materials, techniques, and systems involved in the work.

Why become more well-rounded

The goal isn't to teach you one system. It's to help you become a more well-rounded installer.

Expand your capabilities, understand more complete systems, gain hands-on experience, and build the confidence to take on work that goes beyond the norm.

About Jeremy

In the field since 2004.

Jeremy Redig started staining concrete in 2004 for $12 an hour. He started FloorRescue with $391 and no plan past the next job, and built it into a business that has consistently generated six figures for over 20 years.

He's still on job sites — because the day he stops is the day the training goes stale. Concrete & Coatings School is where he takes those years of real-world experience and passes them on to installers and contractors who want to get better at the craft and the business.
